Spark your child's imagination with TOYMAKER's Creative Woodworking workshop! In this fun-filled 1.5-hour session, kids aged 6-12 will design and craft their own wooden cars. The workshop begins with brainstorming and sketching their dream car, followed by the exciting hands-on process of building it from scratch. Perfect for creative kids, craft lovers, and those seeking a screen-free activity, this session blends creativity with practical woodworking skills, encouraging kids to think outside the box. By the end, they’ll have a unique, ready-to-play wooden car to take home. TOYMAKER's craft workshop takes place in Wellington and is limited to just 10 participants. Don’t miss out - reserve your child’s spot today for this exciting woodworking adventure! AGE LIMIT: 6-12 (Please note: younger children are not permitted to participate). DURATION: Approx. 1.5 hour. CLASS SIZE: Limited to 10 Children. SKILLS COVERED: Designing, drawing, visualizing, and fundamental joinery. TOOLS & MATERIALS USED: A variety of woodworking tools tailored to specific applications, including a square, clamps, pull saw, hand drill, hammer, sanding blocks, wood glue, and more. ATTENDANCE: Please arrive 15 minutes early for important instructions from the instructor. SAFETY REQUIREMENT: Wear closed-toe shoes for safety. Children without them cannot participate. ACCOMPANYING PARENT: One parent is welcome to stay, but please note that parents are not permitted to take part in the activities.
